Sales Director

Sam is Sales Director for the UK and Europe at Glimpse Analytics. He leads business development across the transport and retail sectors, building strategic partnerships with major global brands and retailers. Sam also oversees large-scale tender bids with public and private sector organisations, driving commercial growth through trusted relationships and measurable results.

With over a decade of experience in SaaS, telecoms, energy, and retail, Sam combines analytical insight with a practical, team-focused approach. His leadership style centres on collaboration, mentoring, and structure, empowering teams to deliver consistently for clients and fostering long-term partnerships that drive shared success.

Miles Booth

Operations Director

Miles is Operations Director at Glimpse Analytics. Since joining in 2021, he’s led the Client Success and Operations functions, leading delivery to high-profile customers. Technically adept, Miles and his team work across diverse stakeholder groups to deliver for the Glimpse client base.

Previously, Miles managed strategic relationships at a contact centre software and payments provider, working with clients including Capita, TfL, and Teleperformance. His earlier experience spans sustainability technology, where he formed industry working groups with major manufacturers and retailers, and customer journey analysis and design for blue-chip brands.

JJ Allen

Product Director

JJ is Product Director at Glimpse Analytics. He leads product and software development activities in the UK, Europe, and USA, building digital insight solutions that connect computer vision and sensor data to real-world operations. 

With over 20 years of experience in digital product development, JJ has delivered complex software solutions for organisations such as DVLA, Car Shop, River Island, and Vodafone. He brings a rare blend of technical depth and commercial understanding, building collaborative teams that translate business goals into robust, scalable products.
